Our Story

Let me take you on a journey. My name is Grazia, and I started my fitness odyssey ten years ago. I hustled through the fitness world as a self-employed trainer, building an incredible team of strong women. Along the way, I championed numerous national-level competitions. Would you believe I even competed once with a broken foot? The determination was real!

 

My next venture was Gymbox, where I immersed myself in hosting a plethora of classes. The buzz of the city and the energy of the people fueled my passion. It was during this time that I had the privilege of meeting and training many pre and post-natal women. I cherished being a part of their remarkable journeys.

 

As COVID-19 turned the world upside down, I embraced a new challenge - bringing fitness to the corporate landscape. Through online master classes for companies like Blue Prism, I became a beacon of health and positivity. I didn't just dictate exercises; I dictated hope and resilience in a time when it was much needed.

 

Now, let's fast forward to my own pregnancy. Like the energiser bunny, I trained five times a week all through my pregnancy. I discovered the magic of weights and realized that with the right knowledge and techniques, lifting weights was not just safe but incredibly empowering for pregnant women. This revelation was like finding the golden ticket to a treasure trove of strength and well-being.

 

As Mums and Movement was born, I poured all of this knowledge and experience into creating specialised workouts tailored for pre and post-natal mamas. The app is an online sanctuary where women come together. The workouts are blended with care, expertise, and a touch of love.

 

What's more? As a part of Grazia Coaching, Mums and Movement has the fantastic backing of DropGym. It’s where I house my community sessions and use my expertise to guide women through one of the most memorable times of their lives. But Mums and Movement is not just about fitness. It’s about connection. It's about sharing stories, triumphs, and challenges. It's about creating bonds that last a lifetime.
